I was invited to have coffee & cake at a friend's house that I met through fitness. After our coffee & cake the plan was to go do a little Christmas shoppin at www.gisselfeld-kloster.dk
My friend Gitte made these scrumptious Macaroons. She knows who Martha Stewart is (rare for people in europe to know who she is,ha) & of course we hit it off right away. I didn't get a picture of her to die for chocolate cake...it was amazing!
