1 Week

I can't wait until next week!!! Mom & Blake will be leaving DFW & headed to CPH(Denmark). It has been just a little over a year that I seen them last,WOW! I have so many emotions & thoughts right now. I am sure I will not be able to sleep the days before their arrival. We all went from seeing each other every month to now once a year. Thank goodness for today's technology. It will definitely be a wonderful reunion.

I am so glad you get to see your family. I was thinking about you the other day and thinking I am sure it is hard not getting to see them often but you look so happy with your new life in Denmark. What a great adventure!!! Hope all is well. PS: The words with the pictures on it. You can use any photo editing program to get words on your pictures. I use ADOBE Illustrator or Photoshop. YOu can download those free for 30 days. Oh and I love reading your stories about your trips and daily adventures. It seems so beautiful out there.

Diana,that is so sweet of you to think of me. Believe me there are hard days,but I have learned & grown so much by moving. Honestly, I don't know how I do it some days?!?! By the grace of God. We are happy & grateful each day. BTW you look amazing & mean that too. I love seeing pregnant women & think they are just so beautiful. You are definitely right about your weight gain,NONE that I can see! Best of luck to you it will be here soon. Thanks for the picture word info.Europe is beautiful & so much history makes it interesting. {{{Hugs}}}

RECIPE OF THE MONTH:

Banana Crumb Muffins Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 bananas, mashed 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/3 cup butter, melted 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon butter Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers. 2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. 3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean. Enjoy~Heather
